After meeting the Lymphoma Association, we will be looking further at hats for men and teenagers. Any ideas appreciated.

Q: What are the sizes?

A: The headscarves are designed as "one size fits all" for an adult head. As they are each individually made, they may vary slightly. The fit type - ie. 'loose' or 'tight' is included in the product description. In general, they have been made to a head measurement of 58cm (taken from the mid centre forehead, behind the ear and over the bump at the back). The original designs incorporate features for security and comfort. The Trndy has an elastic back to stretch to fit. The Capry headscarf has ties to fit securely. On most of the styles, the band can be folded over for smaller heads and most of the materials have stretch in them.

"I love the hat (Tyara pink with polka dots) ... I have to say both the service and product were excellent."

"I am very pleased with the scarves - especially, with the turquoise one." (Editors note: This Capry scarf in this Liberty fabric has sold out but there are other Capry Liberty options.)

"Hey ... the scarf/hat looks great ! Its just want I need for when the "fluffy" wig is not being used.. the colours are perfect."

Q: What are the fabric choices?

A: We endeavor to use natural fabrics. We look for fabrics that are beautiful, comfortable and easy to take care of. We typically use cotton jersey. Cotton jersey can typically be described as tshirt material. That description does not do justice to the material we choose. Our material has been selected to enhance your appearance and it is also soft, stretchy and easily washed. Our cotton jerseys often have small amounts of spandex to provide the stretch to fit and to maintain the shape. Jersey fabrics vary from quite thin to thicker qualities. All are soft and have the breathable quality of cotton.

Silk. We do have one Capry available in a powder blue silk. We do not generally use silk as it requires dry cleaning and is slippery. The Capry we have in silk we have lined with cotton so it stays where it should. Silk scarves are not usually recommended for hair loss sufferers for the reasons above.

Viscose. Many designers have moved from cotton jersey to viscose jersey. This is because viscose drapes well. We are experimenting with viscose jersey with our Capry CLG1 and appreciate your comments and views. Viscose is man made from the cellulose of wood pulp or cotton.

Wool. A fantastic natural fabric but usually requires dry cleaning. and can be uncomfortable next to the skin. We have used wool in our Beryl berets as it is the obvious choice for this style. All Beryls are lined with cotton jersey. To achieve easy care the grey Beryl BG1 is in a wool and polyester mix.
