Jo was thrilled to meet the Patient Support and Fundraising teams at the Lymphoma Association. They produce many useful leaflets on Hodgkin lymphoma or non-Hodgkin lymphoma, including many useful tips for coping with side effects such as hair loss. The newest health information site in the UK is the Boots WebMD site for healthcare information for yourself, friends and family. A fantastic source of information. We would like to bring the bags into the UK next year, let us know what you think of that idea.

Our 2009 fundraising was an enjoyable and eco evening. Thank you to the ladies who emptied their wardrobes, cupboards, jewellery boxes and bookcases. We raised in voluntary cash donations, £95 for Cancer Research and £51.71 for Breast Cancer Care. A further 100 items were donated to the local Cancer Research shop. Thank you for the support of the local House of Colour (www.houseofcolour.co.uk/chilternvalley).

Have a look as it gives some great hints and tips. There is also information on Breast Cancer Care's HeadStrong service.

In May 2008, The Walkie Talkies surviving a chilly Moonwalk. We collected over £600.
